Black Cumin (Nigella )

Nigella, an annual plant genus covering about 14 species from the family  Ranunculaceae.

The Nigella seed is an annual herbaceous plant, multiplied from its seeds. Sandy loves loose soil, water until the bloom period, then irrigated. The seeds mature within the cone (capsule) as it is in the poppy plant. The seeds are 2-3 mm long and 3 surface non-dull black color. It is not a very greasy seed. The oil ratio is 18%.
